Elizabeth D. "Betty" (Keller) Wasser

October 1, 1924 — December 3, 2006

Elizabeth D. "Betty" Wasser, 82, of Perkasie, went home to be with the Lord, Sunday, December 3, in Grand View Hospital, West Rockhill Township. She was wife of the late Edward R. Wasser, who died in 1997.

Born in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late Charles F., Sr. and Elizabeth (lnsall) Keller.

Betty was a longtime member of St. Agnes Catholic Church, Sellersville.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, who was very spiritual with a special giving and understanding nature. She enjoyed puzzles, crocheting, and movies.

Betty is survived by four daughters: Jeanette Fox, of Quakertown; Elizabeth A. Wasser, of North Wales; Doris Reyes and her husband, Joseph, of Perkasie and Patricia Heidler and her husband, Fred, of Perkasie; 15 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; one sister, Mary Cain, East Rockhill Township; two brothers: Harry Keller and his wife, Lillian, of Quakertown; Joseph G. Keller and his wife, Nancy, of Harrisburg; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Edward C. "Butch" Wasser; a brother, Charles Keller; and two sisters, Rose M. Cassell and Ida M. Keller.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, December 7, at 10:00 AM in St. Agnes Catholic Church, 445 North Main Street, Sellersville. Family and friends may call Thursday morning, from 9:00 AM until time of service in the church.

Interment will be in the adjacent parish cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Agnes Catholic Church, 445 North Main Street, Sellersville, PA 18960 or to Fox Chase Cancer Center, 333 Cottman Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19111-2497.
