Rosemarie Trumbore

September 8, 1982 — September 21, 2024

Rosemarie Trumbore, of Allentown, passed away on Saturday, September 21, 2024, in St. Luke’s VNA Hospice, Bethlehem. She was 42.

She was the beloved wife of Andrew G. Trumbore for 14 years.

Born in Reading, Rose was the daughter of the late Giuseppe and Susan E. (Kulp) Bruno. Rose was a graduate of Wyomissing High School. She would later receive her Bachelor’s degree from Kutztown University and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Marywood University.

Rose had been employed for 17 years as a social worker by the Lehigh County Children and Youth Services, Allentown.

An avid reader, with a preference for the works of James Patterson, Rose also enjoyed following the Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles. She loved watching “Grey’s Anatomy” and any type of reality TV. Most important to her, however, was time spent with her family and friends.

In addition to her husband, Rose is survived by her sister, Angela Martin, and her husband, Matt, of Wyomissing; her two brothers: Michael Bruno and his wife, Whitney, of West Lawn, and Giuseppe Bruno, of Pittsburgh; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Jennifer Gorman and her husband, Bill, of Jennersville, Chris Trumbore and his wife, Janet, of Sellersville, and Allyson Trumbore and her husband, Lenny Heck, of Trumbauersville.

Rose is also survived by her mother-in-law, Kathleen Wise, of Sellersville; nieces: Alyssa, Madison, Savannah, Aubrey, Marilyn, and Haven; and nephews: Will, Tyler, Carter, Alex, and Vincenzo.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Calogera “Lena” Bruno; her father-in-law, Gerald Trumbore; and her stepfather-in-law, Ronald Wise.

A Celebration of Rose’s Life will be held on Thursday, October 3, with a visitation from 10-11:30 AM, followed by a brief service at 11:30 AM in the Loyal Order of Moose, Lodge 1539, 301West Park Avenue, Sellersville, PA 18960. A luncheon will follow.

The family has requested that guests honor Rosie’s memory by wearing either Phillies or Eagles attire or the color pink, always Rose’s favorite.

Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
