Sandra M. Fulmor

Sandra “Sandi” Marie Fulmor, of Sellersville, passed away on Friday, August 21, 2026. She was 64.

She was the wife of George Fulmor for 32 years.

Born in Boston, MA, Sandi was the daughter of Wilma (Weaving) Willoughby and the late Malcolm Willoughby.

Sandi was a 1981 graduate of C.B. West High School.

Sandi began her career as the assistant for Human Resources at The Community at Rockhill, in Sellersville. She enjoyed her work and the people she worked with so much that she remained there for 25 years.

In her free time, she enjoyed camping, crafting, spending time with her family and friends, visiting the beach, listening to live music, and sitting on her swing in the sunshine while enjoying her flowers. She also always loved an opportunity to travel and dip her toes in the sand, especially in Cocoa Beach, Florida.

Always happiest when she was surrounded by her family and friends, Sandi brought light into any room with her smile and laughter. She always tried to look on the positive side of life, because, as she would say, she “always found it easier to be happy than mad.”

Sandi had a remarkable ability to make every moment spent with her feel like the best moment of someone’s day. She was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, and friend.

Sandi will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. The time she spent on this earth will be deeply cherished by her loved ones. Sandi’s family asks that she be remembered for the joy she brought to others throughout her life, rather than by the sadness of her passing.

In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by her daughter Tara (James) and her beloved pets, “Tucker” and “Molly.”

All are invited to visit with Sandi’s family on Saturday, August 29, 2026, from 10:30 a.m. – 12 p.m., at Naugle Funeral & Cremation Services, Ltd., 135 W. Pumping Station Road, Quakertown, PA 18951. Her memorial service will begin at 12 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Sandi’s name to Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation.
