William T. Poust, Jr.

William T. Poust, Jr., of Perkasie, passed away Monday, March 21, 2016, at his residence. He was 75.

He was the beloved husband of Barbara (Mitchell) Poust. They would have celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in June.

Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late William T., Sr. and Elsie (Horn) Poust.

Mr. Poust was a U.S. Army veteran, having served during the early years of the Vietnam era.

He had been a self-employed machinist, serving the defense manufacturing industry.

Bill had especially enjoyed fishing and playing cards.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Donna Heil and her husband, Keith; William T. Poust III and his wife, Tammy, all of Perkasie; Stephen Poust and his wife, Katie, of Sellersville; Mark Poust, of Perkasie; six grandchildren: Shaun, Ryan, Lindsey, Joseph, Lauren, and Meredith; and a sister, Denise Gage and her husband, John, of Weatherly, PA.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Borges, and a brother, Michael Poust.

His funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, March 25, in the Betty Meier Steeley Funeral Home, 87 North Main Street, Sellersville, PA 18960, where a visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until time of service.

Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
