Michael “Mike” William Tadley, of Telford, PA, passed away on Monday, January 12, 2026, in St. Luke’s Grand View Hospital, Sellersville. He was 71.
He was the loving husband of Linda (Adamson) Tadley for 33 years.
Born in Phoenixville, PA, Mike was the son of the late William A. Tadley and the late Jeanne (Ziegler) Overholtzer.
Mike was a 1972 graduate of Perkiomen High School.
As a youth, Mike was in the Boy Scouts, was a pitcher in Little League, worked on his grandfather’s family farm, and enjoyed working on his GTO.
After his graduation, he enlisted in the U. S. Air Force and was medically discharged.
He began working as a truck driver, butcher, bartender, and then, Mr. Mom.
Mike had volunteered with the Boy Scouts of America.
His passion for life extended well beyond his professional endeavors. In his free time, Mike had enjoyed hunting, camping, and fishing. An avid fan of all the professional Philadelphia sports teams, Mike especially loved the Eagles, Phillies, and Flyers. He had also enjoyed listening to rock and country music. Mike had a special place in his heart for traveling, and his favorite places were the Wildwoods and Cape May, NJ.
Above all else, he loved his family deeply and cherished the time spent with them on vacations, at barbeques/picnics, and holidays. He was always happiest with his family and friends. Mike also loved the family’s cats, “Yeo Ming” and “Nicholas,” and dog “Jed.”
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, Michael Wyatt Tadley; and his siblings: Terrence Claude Tadley and nephew, Terrence Claude Tadley Jr., of PA; Darrell and Waina Tadley, of AL; Staci Tadley Hurley, of GA; Chris Tadley, of GA; Jareh and Robert Kelly, of FL; Jamie and Tangela Tadley, of TN; William A. Tadley, of MS; and Jamie R. and Damion McCraw; along with his extended family members and friends.
In addition to his parents, Mike was preceded in death by his brother, Randall Scott Overholtzer and his beloved cousin, Sharon “Sissy” Meade.
All are invited to visit with Mike’s family on February 7, 2026, from 10:00 a.m.-11:00a.m. at Christ Reformed Church at Indian Creek, 171 Church Rd., Telford, PA 18969. His Memorial Service will begin at 11:00 a.m. and a luncheon will follow.
