Diana K. McLane, a 17 -year resident of West Rockhill Township, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday evening, November 12, 2004. She was 52.
She was the beloved wife of Zachary Stone McLane. They were married for 18 years.
Born in West Rockhill Township, she was the daughter of Robert F. Stubbs, of Hatboro, and the late Frances (Huggins) Stubbs. She was a graduate of North Penn High School.
She was employed for the last three years as a hog procurement person with Leidy's Pork Products, Souderton. Previously, she had worked for many years as an administrative assistant in the offices of C.A. Briggs. Co., in Willow Grove.
Diana enjoyed hiking with her husband and their dogs in Nockamixon and Wyoming State Forrest. She loved animals, especially watching and feeding wild birds. She also enjoyed collecting flags, making wreaths, and interior decorating.
In addition to her husband and father, she is survived by a brother, Robert R. Stubbs, and his wife, Linda, of Perkasie; her mother-in-law, Mary Jo McLane, of Prospectville; two sisters- in law, Susan A. McLane, of Prospectville; Anna McLane Edling, of Chalfont; and many nieces and nephews.
Her funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, November 17, in the Wayside Chapel of Whitemarsh Memorial Park, Horsham Road, Prospectville. There are no calling hours.
Interment will be in Whitemarsh Memorial Park.
