William G. “Billy” Marucci, of Green Lane, formerly of Bristol and Langhorne, went Home to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 3, at his residence. He was 69.
He was the beloved husband of Jayne A. (Pinto) Marucci for more than 30 years.
Born in Bristol, he was the son of the late Domenick Marucci and the late Margaret (Angelilli) Marucci Monte.
Billy was a 1964 graduate of Bristol High School. He later graduated from Blackburn College, of Carlinville, Illinois.
Mr. Marucci had been self-employed as an insurance broker.
He was a former member of the First Congregational Church, of Morristown, NY. Mr. Marucci was also a member of the Christian Businessmen’s group, Fairless Hills.
An avid fisherman, Billy also enjoyed duck hunting. He also liked playing cards, doing puzzles, and playing board games. With his wife, he had enjoyed traveling.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Justin T. Cronk and his wife, Jillienne, of Norristown; two grandchildren, Andre and Charlotte; five sisters: Peggy Harbora and her husband, Joseph, of Fairless Hills; Mary Lou Winters, of Las Vegas, NV, Betty Tyrell, of Fairless Hills; Nancy Pinto and her husband, Anthony, of Edgely; Beth Marucci Ellsworth, of Morrisville; and his stepmother, Betty Marucci Watson, of Bensalem.
His Memorial Service will be held at 11 am, Saturday, April 23, 2016, in Bible Fellowship Church, 725 Oxford Valley Road, Yardley, PA 19067, where a visitation will be held from 10 am until time of service. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
