William "Billy" L. Ketterer, 54, of Bensalem, formerly of Bedminster and White Haven passed away Wednesday, June 14, in Frankford Hospital- Torresdale, Philadelphia.
Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late: Lloyd B. and Margaret Irene (Solliday) Ketterer. Billy had been a resident of Growth Horizons, Bensalem for the last twenty years.
He was a longtime member of St. Matthew's Ev. Lutheran Church, Bedminster.
He had worked in the workshop of Growth Horizons, Bensalem, and was a volunteer with the local Meals on Wheels. He also helped clean some of the Lower Bucks Count) Parks.
An energetic individual, Billy loved to meet new people, travel and go out to eat. He enjoyed sitting on the front porch and also by the front window of Growth Horizons. Billy loved all animals and made a lot of friends. He touched the lives of all he met, especially his beloved caregiver staff.
Billy is survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles and friends; and his caregiver staff of Anthony, Keron, Elizabeth and Brenda.
His funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 20 at 11:00 AM in St. Matthew's Ev. Lutheran Church, Ridge and Kellers Church Roads, Bedminster. Family and friends may call Tuesday morning at the church, from 10:00 AM until time of service.
