Elizabeth J. (Reid) Gresko
November 9, 1922 — June 25, 2006
Elizabeth J. Gresko, 83, of Perkasie, formerly of Bedminster, passed away Sunday, June 25, at her residence. She was the wife of Edward T. Gresko. They were married 63 years.
Born in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late George and Elizabeth (O'Connor) Reid. She was a graduate of Little Flower High School, Philadelphia.
A homemaker most of her life, Mrs. Gresko had been employed as the cafeteria manager for the Seylar Elementary School, Hilltown.
She was a Catholic.
Mrs. Gresko had enjoyed gardening, reading, sewing, crafts, and collecting antiques.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by three sons: Gary Gresko, Oriental, NC; Donald Gresko, Florida, and Raymond Gresko, Ft. Worth, TX; four sisters: Florence Petrulonis, Philadelphia; Anna McGarry, Pennsylvania; Dorothy Vahey, Philadelphia, and Mary Schmidt, Georgia; two brothers, Ronald Reid and Robert Reid, both of Philadelphia; II grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren, and a nephew, Bobby Gresko, Delp, PA.
She was preceded in death by a brother, George Reid.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, July 3 at 10:00 AM in St. Agnes Catholic Church, 445 North Main Street, Sellersville. Family and friends may call from 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM at the church on Monday.
Interment will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Cheltenham.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Grand View Hospice, 700 Lawn Avenue, Sellersville, PA 18960.
