Helen A. (Butcher) Fresh

Helen A. Fresh, 85, of Sellersville, died May 14. She was the wife of the late Henry W. Fresh.

Born in Hagersville, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Mary (Chewk) Butcher.

Mrs. Fresh had been employed for 40 years at the former Royal Pants Factory as a serger. She retired in 1984.

Helen was a life member of St. Agnes Catholic Church, Sellersville, where she had been active with the Silver and Gold Club.

She enjoyed dancing and gardening.

Mrs. Fresh is survived by her grandchildren, Donna Jacoby and her husband, Emil, of Perkasie; Steve Fresh and his wife, Beth, of Sellersville; and six great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Donald C. Fresh, who died in 1995, and a great-grandson, Nathan.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, May 24, at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 445 N. Main Street, Sellersville. Interment will follow in the adjoining parish cemetery.
