Francis X. Lynskey, of Perkasie, formerly of Green Lane, passed away on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at his residence. He was 75.
Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Francis P. Lynskey and the late Dolores J. (Heck) Lynskey Hamilton. Frank was a graduate of Neshaminy High School, Class of 1968.
Frank had worked for many years at a graphics company but had most recently been employed in the food services industry.
Frank was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church, Sellersville.
A sports fan his entire life, Frank had played street hockey and basketball as a youth. He was also especially proud of his regularly earned 190 bowling score. He and Dan, his younger brother, had frequently gone to Philadelphia Phillies and Flyers games. An avid Flyers fan, Frank had thrilled at attending the Flyers Stanley Cup victory parades.
As a talented musician, Frank played guitar and composed his own music, creating a CD of his original works. He was active with the Dutch Country Playhouse, appearing in a supporting role in their production of “1776.” He also enjoyed watching sci-fi movies and “The Twilight Zone.”
Frank was a very generous man to family and friends, with a quiet, reserved strength.
Mr. Lynskey is survived by his three siblings: Mary Anne Lynskey and Daniel Lynskey, both of Perkasie, and Kathleen (Lynskey) Ennis, of Connecticut; a niece, Maria Ennis; and two nephews:Jason Ennis and Gordon Ennis.
