Jeanette E. (Wasser) Fox

Jeanette E. Fox, 68, of Perkasie, formerly of Lansdale and Quakertown, passed away on Thursday, August 20, 2015, in Genesis HealthCare, Quakertown Center.

Born in Quakertown, she was the daughter of the late Edward R. and Elizabeth D. (Keller) Wasser.

Most recently, Jeanette had been employed as a pharmacy technician at Rite-Aid, in Lansdale.

An avid Elvis and Philadelphia Eagles fan, Jeanette also enjoyed traveling, camping, and crocheting.

Jeanette is survived by her four children: Annette Dietrich and her husband, Wayne, of Perkasie; David Diehl and his wife, Tammy, of Lansdale; Michael Diehl and his fiancée, Patti Gerretz, of Point Pleasant; Jeffrey Fox and his wife, Rhonda, of Quakertown; six grandchildren: Crystal Bergey, of Lansdale; Gabrielle Parzych, of Perkasie; Thomas Diehl, of Lansdale; Alicia Diehl, of Quakertown; Taylor Heitz, of Perkasie; Alexis Diehl, of Dublin; and two great-granddaughters.

She is also survived by her three sisters: Elizabeth Wasser, of North Wales; Doris Reyes and her husband, José, of Perkasie; Patricia Heidler and her husband, Frederick, of Perkasie; her husband, Joseph Wilhelm; and her former husband, Kenneth Fox, of Sellersville.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Thomas Diehl; her infant son, Thomas Diehl, Jr.; her brother, Edward “Butch” Wasser; her maternal grandparents, Charles and Elizabeth Keller; and her paternal grandparents, William and Stella Wasser.

Her funeral service will be held at 11:30 a.m., Thursday, August 27, in the Fellowship Hall at St. Andrew’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 20 Dill Avenue, Perkasie, PA 18944, where a visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until time of service.

Interment will follow in St. Agnes Church Cemetery, Sellersville.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of the funeral home to help defray expenses.
