Dolores Irene Weller, of Sellersville, passed away on Thursday, November 27, 2025, in the Phoebe Richland Health Care Center, Richlandtown. She was 85.
She was the beloved wife of the late Jay D. Weller, with whom she had shared 61 years of marriage until his death in 2019.
Born in Sellersville, she was a daughter of the late Ralph and Tillie (Solliday) Stover. Dolores was a graduate of Pennridge High School, Class of 1958.
Employed by the Pennridge School District as a bus driver for many years, Mrs. Weller had also worked at Longacre’s in Souderton, Lontex, PSG, and the Hubbert Baseball Factory.
For much of her life, Dolores and her husband had enjoyed presenting and selling their Weller Woodworks wood crafts at the Q-Mart, area mall shows, and consignment craft stores.
She was a member of St. Paul’s United Church of Christ, Sellersville.
A devoted animal lover, Dolores had a special place in her heart for the many cats, dogs, and other pets she had cared for over the years. She loved flowers and enjoyed sitting on her back porch watching the hummingbirds, deer, and other wildlife.
Most especially, Dolores cherished time spent with her family and particularly loved having picnics and going out to eat with them.
Mrs. Weller is survived by her two children: Annette Bibic and her husband, Michael, Sellersville, and Durell Weller, Somerset, PA; three grandchildren: Jennifer Bibic, Quakertown, John Bibic (Donna Beaty), East Greenville, and Diana Worman, Pittsburgh; six great- grandchildren: Treyce, Rayne, Karalyn, Timothy, Jack, and Anthony; and six great- great- grandchildren: Timothy Jr, Liliana, Zander, Ember, Jack Jr., and Kimberly.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by twin granddaughters, Susan and Elizabeth Bibic, and her sister, Janice Gallagher.
Her Memorial Service will be held on Friday, January 16, 2026, in St. Paul's United Church of Christ, 104 Green Street, Sellersville, PA 18960. A visitation will begin at 10 A.M. with the service to follow immediately at 11 A.M.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name may be made to St. Paul’s United Church of Christ at the address above.
