Dolores J. Gumert

Dolores Jean Gumert, of Perkasie, passed away on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at the Community at Rockhill, West Rockhill Township, (Sellersville) PA. She was 75.

She was the wife of the late William Richard Gumert, with whom she had shared 48 years of marriage before his death in 2022.

Born in Somerset, PA, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Agnes (Dill) Sabo. Dolores graduated from Somerset Area High School and later earned her R.N. from the Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in Cumberland, MD in 1972.

Dolores was employed as a nurse in Houston, TX and, later, in Quakertown, PA.

A devoted wife and a loving mother of two, Mrs. Gumert dedicated much of her life to her family.

An avid reader, Dolores also enjoyed music, dancing, and traveling with her husband and children. Dolores was also a devoted pet owner to her beloved dogs, “Jax” and “Jake.”

Mrs. Gumert is survived by her son, Michael Gumert, her daughter, Andrea Robinson, and her husband Casey, and her brother, Bill Sabo.

Services and interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
