Vincent J. D' Agostino, 45, of Hilltown Township, passed away suddenly as a result of an automobile accident in Hilltown Township, on Tuesday, February 17. He was the husband of Marguerite (McGarvey) D' Agostino. They were married 10 years.
Born in Philadelphia, he was a son of the late Vincent J., Sr. and DeMaris (Bucci) D' Agostino. He had lived in the Perkasie area for the last 13 years.
Vincent had been employed for three years as a truck driver with Rosenberger's Dairies, Hatfield. Previously, he had been a Teamsters truck driver with Canada Dry of Delaware Valley (Philadelphia) for 26 years.
He was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church, Sellersville.
Vincent was a loving father and a good friend. He enjoyed bowling and going to flea markets. He loved to watch his children play sports.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by one son, Ryan, and one daughter, Holly, both of Hilltown Township; four sisters: Donna Gallo, of Philadelphia; Annette Corato, of Sicklerville, NJ; Patricia D' Agostino and
Maria D' Agostino, both of Philadelphia; two brothers: Ernest D' Agostino and his wife, Diane, of Merchantville, NJ and John D' Agostino, of Philadelphia; his father-in-law and mother-in-law: James and Elizabeth (Casto) McGarvey, of Oreland; nieces and nephews; and his two dogs: Brandy and Lacie.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Saturday, February 21, at 10:00 AM in St. Agnes Catholic Church, 445 North Main Street, Sellersville.
Interment was in Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery, Marple Township, Delaware County.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 700 Horizon Circle, Suite 201, Chalfont, PA 18914.
